- Family-line information you choose to enter in the Lineage worksheet, such as country of origin, maiden names, and approximate birth years of parents or grandparents. This is entered voluntarily. Please enter only information you are comfortable sharing and that you have the right to share.
- Signal Log entries, meaning the notes and answers you record during the 21-day protocol.
- Messages you send to support.
Information from the payment processor
- Purchase data such as the products bought, amount, date, transaction ID, and billing name, email, and country. Card details are handled by the payment processor. We do not receive or store your full card number.
Information collected automatically
- Device and usage data, such as IP address, browser type, pages viewed, video progress, referring page, and approximate location derived from IP address.
- Cookies and similar technologies, including analytics tools and advertising pixels (for example, pixels from advertising platforms) that help us measure visits, purchases, and the performance of our ads.

8. Deleting your information
You can ask us to delete your personal information, including your date of birth, Lineage worksheet entries, and Signal Log entries, by emailing support@thealephfrequency.online from the email address linked to your account. We may keep certain records when the law requires or allows it, such as transaction records. Deleting your data will remove your access to your personalized readings.
